I stayed here for one night while road tripping through Spain. It’s only a few short minutes from the main motorways. For the price I was pleasantly surprised by the charming building. The bedroom even had a nice balcony. The staff was very friendly. The dinner and drinks outside in the evening was marvellous. And I loved the early morning coffee and ham and cheese sandwich made to go. Would definitely stay again.

Picked up hire car in Malaga and used this hotel as base for trips to Ronda, Cordoba and Granada as it was central for them all and near to main motorway network. Very friendly and helpful staff, lovely big room (121) with balcony and an excellent breakfast. Hotel is on edge of town and taxi will cost 10 Euros each way...town is beautiful too and well worth a visit. I would recommend this hotel and would certainly stay there again if I was touring Andalucia.

The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, 3 km from the center in an industrial environment. The breakfast was per order and it wasn't allowed to order egg and bacon. The waiter told me it was either or. What was left was a tasteless piece of omelette on a tasteless bun. I'ld rather have spent another 2 Euro on the bacon, but that wasn't part of the options available. The waiter successfully passed the test for ignoring guest wishes. When we left, we identified a big scratch on our brand new rental car, probably by the group of people who woke us up with loud conversations under our window at 7:30 A.M. hotel receptionist knew nothing and the cameras were pointing in the other direction. Worst hotel experience ever!!!

Just off the A-45 Cordoba to Malaga road, this hotel is well situated for anyone coming from or going to Malaga airport and needing an overnight stay before moving on. A rather imposing building just off one of the roundabouts on the way in to Antequera. Large car park. The hotel is on the edge of town and amongst, but not overcrowded by, commercial buildings; warehouse type shopping, car show rooms, hospital etc. We noted no noise problems over 3 nights even from the wedding reception on one evening. Rooms are a decent size, not spacious, and are set up for travellers needing a short stay rather than an extended stay. In UK terms think Premier Inn as far as room size, facilities and bed quality is concerned. Room costs are very reasonable unlike what Premier Inn has too often become. Other than the rooms there is a restaurant and separate coffee shop/bar. Breakfast was taken in the coffee shop/bar and comprised a lengthy selection of mollete and toast options which we were very happy with. We did not eat in the restaurant but did eat in the coffee shop/bar on one evening. Limited menu but it was extremely well cooked. We imagine the same must apply to the restaurant as it is served by the same kitchen. Prices were lower than for eating in the town centre. The coffee shop/bar was well used by local people throughout the day which is usually a good sign. All the staff were helpful and friendly especially those in the coffee shop/bar. We will use this hotel again when travelling on from Malaga.EXCELLENT

We stayed here one Saturday night recently and were happy with our choice of hotel. Check-in was slow due to a group of 6 (3 couples) before us but the receptionist was pleasant and informative. Our room was OK, not flashy but clean, warm and comfortable and the bathroom was smart. We had a balcony but it wasn’t warm enough to use it – useful, however, for taking a photo of the nearby Peña de los Enamorados, the nearby face-like mountain. We had dinner in the smart restaurant which was rather quiet. The menu is extensive and many items are very reasonably priced. We both had a house salad (€8), which was very good and huge; for most people it would be big enough to share! I then had swordfish in shrimp sauce (€9), which was delicious and very generous. My wife had pork tenderloin (€10) which was also excellent and again a large portion, beautifully cooked. I managed to eat a dessert: cuajada, a type of set yoghurt with honey (€2.50), also very nice. I asked the pleasant waitress to recommend a local white wine, expecting it to be expensive but, when the bill came, found it was only €9. It was Viña Barredero Blanco - D.O. Condado de Huelva and was quite nice. I asked if they had a hazelnut liqueur, which they did, and these were complimentary. So, a very pleasant and modestly priced meal. Service was good and efficient. The included breakfast was rather small but the omelette sandwich I had was very nice. We had a late lunch here a week later en route to Málaga and again it was an excellent meal. The restaurant was much busier and the service was slower but acceptable.

Stayed a night whilst travelling from Ronda to Malaga. The hotel is modern and spacious but the room decor is a little bland. That said the beds were comfortable and we had a large bathroom and balcony. The room was fine but did smell a little musty and would have benefited from an airing before we arrived. The staff were welcoming and their is the choice of a bar or restaurant menu. We choice to eat in the bar which is used by locals and enjoyed a reasonable standard meal at a very fair price,

The hotel room was ok, some things were a little dated looking, did have a nice balcony. Bathroom looked recently remodeled. I'm not sure what was up with check-in. There was no one there when I arrived, waited at least 10 minutes, enough time to read all the pamphlets of area attractions... Got my room key, didn't get any kind of overview of the hotel, breakfast, etc. The hotel has WiFi, but be sure to ask for the password at the desk (wasn't printed anywhere so save a trip back downstairs). I did use the restaurant/bar. They do not serve until 730pm. Waiter forgot my rice pudding - I waited about 45 mins and he never even returned to check on me, I just went to the bar and paid for my drink. I was a bit irritated/hangry. Breakfast was pretty good. Free and plentiful parking.

We stayed 1 night on a way from Malaga to Granada as wanted to visit El Torcal the next morning. Rooms are basic of decent size, parking is big, but got filled up later in the evening when we returned from Antequera. Antequera is some 5 mins drive away and well worth a visit itself. Breakfast included in the price, you get coffee, natural squeezed orange juice and a choice of hot sandwiches, which was fine with us. Okay for overnight as it was cheap, but would stop in Antequera itself next time.

Check-in fine and receptionist spoke just enough English! Large car park. Reasonable bar with pleasant staff. Restaurant of the cheap and cheerful type, but not what I wanted. Room at the back (quieter), had it's own terrace facing towards the town, where I could smoke too! The room itself was large and the bathroom modern with decent sized towels. The room also had a fridge, which I found useful.
