stayed for one night to see the architecture of Baeza. The hotel is simple and clean. The building is in the old part of the town by the cathedral; the setting is picturesque (the downside is the parking could be challenging - go into reception and seek advice if necessary!) As non meat eaters we had a simple fish dinner... More

This was a really lovely old building, and lived right up to its 4 star rating. The value was good, and so were the reception staff, while the breakfast was the best we had in Spain. We also had dinner in the hotel, which was excellent, but sadly we were the only people there.

Scenic setting, Room and accommodation overall of excellent quality. The evening meal taken around the pool was of excellent quality. Parking is difficult in the area unless you pay the expensive hotel charge. The only negative feature of the hotel, be it a minor one, is that I would prefer if some sort of portable screening could be put up... More

Staying here on advice from friends who spent their honeymoon here a few years ago. No longer do you receive the miniature bottle of oil who would have been cute! Not all the rooms have courtyard views which is a little disappointing as we did book this hotel quite a while ago. Make sure you request one but it might... More

Let’s start with the good things about this hotel: it is well located in an attractive town, our bedroom was spacious and the central courtyard, with small swimming pool is attractive. Praise stops there. We shared our visit with a very large, non-resident party, which included a multitude of excited and boisterous children. This party took over the entirety of... More

A poor initial impression from the unsmiling, unwelcoming young man on Reception. The Hotel is a charming old building which has been sympathetically restored and built onto. The decor is all natural tones - no vibrant colour here. Our room was comfortable and spacious, perhaps the best as it seemed the only one to have a patio balcony, which overlooked... More

A nice hotel, very well located in the center of the old town Baeza. When we arrived, the person at the front-desk was rather off-hand. Our room was clean and quiet. The hotel has a nice court yard, and lounges. The restaurant was rather good and had an attentive staff. Breakfast was the best we ever had, with a rich... More

Charming little hotel in the old quarter of Baeza with a very nice patio where you can have an aperitive or dinner by the (rather small) pool. Breakfast buffet was enormous in its variety of dishes, fruit and sweets! Dinner in the restaurant was very good. The room was ok, but nothing more. Asked for a king size bed, but... More

This is a really nice place to stay in Baeza with good bedrooms, excellent food and some nice places to sit. Baeza is a little gem and we felt it was more attractive than Ubeda, so stay here and visit Ubeda too. The wonderful hotel manager at reception found a lost passport for us after a lot of telephoning; he... More

We recently spent 10 days in southern Spain and, of the many places visited, this hotel really stood out. Its contemporary design, which is fit into a series of historic buildings, is really first rate. The location was excellent and the staff was exceptionally helpful. The price also was reasonable, given the quality. Baeza is often overlooked by those traveling... More
