We didn't know what to expect after reading mixed reviews on the hotel, but, after arriving, we were very happy with the choice. The hotel is large and comprises of 2 blocks, each 10 floors high and separated by the reception and a long single story building. The rooms are a good size, air conditioned and have a daily maid... We were lucky enough to get a suite at this wonderfully located hotel, and enjoyed the view of the med from our large balcony. The suite was of a good size with a separate sitting area with TV (not that we watched it much, but the news etc was handy) Nearby, there were activities with the marina a short walk,... More

Stayed at this hotel recently, it is large and near the beach. The rooms are spotless and the bathrooms have recently been renovated to a high standard. The whole place however, it stuck in a time warp. This hotel was popular with the stars and royalty in the 70s, and it's all faded glory now, strange Egyption statues and decoration,... More

Location good. Service at Bar deplorable. Def understaffed. Premises spotless. Hotel not v disabled friendly. No walk in showers & towels worn but clean One station in dining room totally inadequate for number of guests. Food just ok. Staff doing their best under difficult circumstances. Outdoor & covered pools good. Hotel has seen better days. Take room only and eat... More

Stayed at this hotel with a bridge group, whilst I thoroughly enjoyed the week I found this hotel could do with a major facelift, First impression was a lovely spacious reception area with two over-worked employees who were anything but helpfull, There was no Manager around and in fact did`nt see one for the eight days I spent there!! The... More

Stayed at this hotel as part of a group of 12 golfers. Hotel in desperate need of a refurb however don't they all on this coast line!! 1970's style decor. Room fine clean and spacious. Electrics left a bit to be desired and called reception for electrician. Food ok. Not great choice but always piping hot and served up well.... More

Las Piramides 4* Hotel is situated in Fuengirola and is no doubt the only hotel of this standard as all the other hotels are greatly lacking in all aspects. Las Piramides sits at the quiet end of Fuengirola and Castel Sohail end of town. This area seems upmarket and sits well within the local community who habitat this region. This... More

Stay at this old, dated hotel two weeks ago as part of the Costa del Sol tour. Front desk & restaurant employees are rude, lack of care for customer needs. The elevator is sooo small that only fits two people with one suitcase!!!!. The rooms are old and furniture very dated. Bathrooms are fine and renovated (thank GOD!!!). Location is... More

Stayed here in may last year for 5 nights and luckily it was expenses paid for me or I would've been thoroughly disappointed. Rooms were clean and quiet. It's In a good location right on the front promenade. Pool area was very quiet and no bar area round the pool so quite a trek indoors if you wanted a drink.... More

We stayed at this hotel as part of a tour we were on. This was the first hotel and thankfully it was not the best on our tour as we'd have been disappointed to end our tour at this place. The hotel building, like most, if not all high rises in Fuengirola are dated in 70's, 80's at best. So... More
