We were caught up in what we think is a huge SCAM at Bel Air Resort, led by Pascale Poutrel and her team. Many people on Holiday Watchdog have neither received cancellation money back, nor received RCI points either, since paying her money! Bel Air itself is dreadfully scruffy and dirty!

This place is really awful. The pictures do not show what it is really like. I questioned the viewing done by the holiday company but they always fob you off with, "it was alright last year" - are they really that blind? Rooms have cockroaches and they even supply the spray.
