Stayed here in April. Having read the reviews was unsure what to expect, but found the hotel clean, if a little dated. The rooms were slightly tired but spacious and fine for what we wanted. WIthout exception the staff were friendly, helpful and all working towards improving the hotel and it's image. For that they should be congratulated. Food was... More

Transfer time is over an hour and a half - Taxi back to the airport was just over 25 euros - well worth it and it only took 20 mins. Main hotel seemed to be okay but the aparthotel part badly needs a major overhall. The food is very poor - even the chips were bad! The maids were rude... More

Arrived 6th march for a break with my partner. Transfers took 1. 30 minutes (returned by hire car in less than 20 minutes).Initail impression was OK. The enterance hall looks good. Rreception staff were polite. No welcome drink and little explanation of how the hotel functioned. We were given a fact sheet that explained most things. Our room on the... More

Not really an all inclusive hotel and certainly not family friendly as described. There was nothing for my 2 teenage children to do except go into the swimming pool. The food was very repetative and there was no signs above the food to state what each dish was. My son has allergies and labelling food helps him to decide what... More

Went with my husband for relaxing week. Arrived at the hotel after nearly two hours on the bus from airport. Would definitely get a taxi next time. On the return trip there was lots of hanging about at other hotels waiting for people. I think many didn't realise they had to contact the transport people to confirm the actual pick... More
