Hardly a five star! What a joke. You have to pay for extras, no free wi fi, not even a kettle in the room! No entertainment, rude waiters! The hotel was full of Chavs. Have to pay for towels! And don't go on hotel excursions- rip off! You spend most of the day on the coach! Avoid Avoid avoid.
