I stayed here lat June. I broke my journey on the M4 and it was the only place with room to stay. It needs a refurb and the bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. I highly recommend Ibis as an alternative.

We stopped here over the Easter holiday hoping to travel to Bath and the surrounding areas. In spite of it being at a motorway services, it was very quiet. There was a good welcome from the staff and everyone was very helpful. We had a lightbulb that needed changing and they did it straight away. The room was very clean...

Stayed for two nights in Feb. Good clean quiet modern well equipped room. Helpful reception staff .Would have described as excellent but for hot water not being piping hot and initial email inquiries being ignored ,therefore not qualifying for online tariff .Still good value though !
Good budget motel. Booked thorough a cheap rooms website. Very economical rate included a single room and a good continental breakfast. Comfortable bed and great shower.
This was a very last minute booking whilst en route to Bristol. As a lone female traveller it was safe, clean and had everything you needed in the room (iron, hairdryer, snack, bottle of water, free wifi etc).
Bed was comfy, and had a good nights sleep-you would not have guessed you were so close to the motorway.

I won't be back, it's a perfectly ordinary adequate 2 star hotel, and this is my third stay. Tonight I have been refused loyalty points, apparently for using the wrong booking engine... The hotel has given me Wyndham points for my last 2 stays booked through the same http://www.days-inn-membury.co.uk/home site.
Well if the hotel won't be loyal to me I'll...

Large room was clean, very warm (while it was minus-wotsit outside) with free wifi, telly with 30 channels, desk for working and very comfortable bed, spotless bathroom. Staff outstandingly helpful and friendly especially...

I stayed at this hotel as a stop over enroute to Wales. Upon entering my room I was hit with a smell which was a combination of stale cigarette smoke and body odour. I asked reception to move me and she refused even though the hotel was not full. They take your money when you checkin so you are stuck
