this is a lovely, quiet country house, no pretensions. Very comfy, great food and good service. All seemed very friendly and dog was made welcome too. Fantastic location with riverfront and little rowing boat. Would go back again for a short break.

A lovely hotel, but were just having a meal. The hosts are quite quirky! Food very nice with excellent service. A good old fashioned restaurant, pleasant decor not dated, relaxed atmosphere. If you can't stand chain establishments, go here.
