We had booked a room at this hotel for me, my husband and our 3 year old, but were refused checkin because of their policy regarding children. They don't accept children younger than 10 years old. That's not clearly stated at a first glance. What they say on the website is that they 'welcome children over 10'. So we found... More

Lovely location with uninterupted views across Loch Linnhe. Spacious bedroom with enormous bathroom on-suite. Comfortable beds and private off road parking. Generous breakfast with all the trimmings sets you up for the day...although remember if you order Porridge in Scotland it comes with added salt ! Please note that the Lodge is B&B only but several nearby hotels (eg Loch... More

We received a warm and friendly welcome. Room was enormous with very modern bathroom and dressing area. Both spotlessly clean. We had stunning views from the bedroom window. Lounge area was very comfortable and had roaring fire and very well stocked whisky bar. Breakfast was of a high standard with excellent service. I highly recommend this hotel.

What a brilliant experience we have had. My husband and I had the pleasure of staying here for a couple of days for our anniversary. I can not praise this establishment enough. Location was good, views in my opinion wont get any better than that...waking up and seeing that view out of your window....breath-taking !! Staff were extremely friendly and... More

The lodge is a warm and welcoming place. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was one of the best we've had. We had a wonderful chat in the cozy lounge with the owner who offered driving directions and had maps printed for us when we departed, which were very helpful. We made it to Peebles very easily thanks... More

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights as we were using Creag Mhor as a base to tour the western highlands. Overall we really enjoyed our stay in this lovely old house. Our bedroom was lovely and the bed one of the most comfortable I slept in during our two week tour of Scotland so this is a really... More

Would stay again and recommend to others. Clean tidy great service. Friendly and informative. Lovely dining room. Good selection for breakfast. Views are outstanding. Excellent ambassadors for Scottish hospitality. Cosy lounge evokes a sense of old world charm. Free WiFi for those who need it but this charming old house should be enjoyed as an escape from the rat race

I was doing a cycling event at Glen Coe and stayed 2 nights (Fri, Sat) in April 2013 and had a great stay! The location is about 15-20 minutes drive from Glen Coe Mountain Resort (ski slopes access), where the event started. So very handy for this location. Also nearby is Ballachulish and Onich and Fort William is about 20... More

great hosts, spacious rooms and so on. We loved the style of the hotel. It oozes atmosphere of past times, high ceilings everywhere, thick carpets, comfy sofas and over 100 whiskys to sample in the lounge. The perfect place to unwind in a calm surroundingds and to forget the rate race you have left behind. Wonderful view across the loch... More
