Having booked a four night break more than five weeks in advance and requesting a harbour view, I was somewhat surprised to be directed to a room overlooking the dining room! A very unhelpful receptionist advised me that the hotel was completely full and there was no chance of a room with a view....my daughter called reception from her mobile...
