Travelers beware your tour company may book you the package that includes dinner but the hotel denies they offer this type of package when you check in or stuck you with the bill when you check out. At first I thought it was our tour company screws up, I decided not to include this on my review. I changed my... More

Our room was fine. The air conditioning worked. The queen bed was comfortable, and the 220 electrical worked. The bathroom was adequate but lacked a hair blow dryer. We didn't use the pool but it looked really inviting. The one detraction was the restaurant. You feel a little captive with the closest restaurants either not open until 8pm or about... More

The location is excellent. The rooms are basic. The staff is totally indifferent to guests needs. The breakfast buffet is mediocre, at best. If you book here don't expect much expect for a short and beautiful walk along the coast on your way into town.

This really isn't a 5 star resort, but it was fine for us. We had a room right off of the lobby, and we had a small view of the ocean. Our room was small but adequate and clean. There were ants in our bathroom but I am guessing that isn't uncommon on the island. The staff spoke very little... More

We were put up here for the night when our flight was cancelled and the staff were most accommodating. The pool was an added bonus and the hotel appears to be nicer than some of the others in the area. The restaurant where we had breakfast and evening meal was a much better standard than others in the village.

I have to agree with the other posts. This hotel is not a 5 star resort, but it is clean, basic and in a lovely setting. We were in bungalow 10, which has a nice patio, that you could watch the ocean. We ate breakfast and one dinner in the on-site restaurant, and it was very acceptable. The staff, while... More

Our family of 4 got two bungalow rooms next to each other and that worked out great for us. The rooms are large and basic, but comfortable. The staff was beyond helpful in setting up a private guided tour for us and recommending restaurants or answering any questions we had about the island. We relaxed at the restaurant bar every... As mentioned by other reviewers you cannot compare this hotel to hotels in same price range on the continent, it would be 3 stars at best. The room we had was adequate, comfortable enough and quiet and equipped with airco. Don't try to shower during peak times, there is not enough hot water to fullfill the needs of the rooms... More

This one was a very difficult to rate compared to many other hotels around the world. There are numerous limitations for everything on Easter Island as it is so isolated and supplies are very limited. Let me share the good and the bad so you can make a good choice given the competitive choices on the island: The good: -... More

We requested an airport transfer, they were waiting for us and it all went well. Check in was, quick, we arrived at 2:00PM and had our keys in less than 5 minutes. We booked two bungalows for a family of four and this was a great set up. The rooms were clean, spacious and about what we would expect for... More
