Ive stayed at this hotel over 100 times. I've been here 5 times this year and heading there again in a few days.
Yes it's old, but it's clean. The a/c is always freezing cold. They also have a boat dock which is very rare at this lake. For the price it can't be beat.

If you want a clean room at a great price, in a great location, this is the place. My family and friends have been staying here for years and wouldn't stay anywhere else. The staff is always friendly and accommodating and treats us like family.
Whatever you do, do not book here. The first turn off was the smell of the room. For a place that doesn't allow pets, it sure did smell like animals. For the hour that I was there I didn't want to take off my shoes to walk on the carpet. The mattresses were torn and stained. The bedding was stained...

Nice staff and great location but you do get what you pay for. The carpet, bedding, decor etc is probably 50 years old lol. There is a night club on the first floor so if you stay anywhere around that area of the building you will hear music until 2 am.
