Just got back from a weekend getaway with my significant other and this place is still the best place to stay for a romantic vacation. Mike and Rhonda know how to take care of their guests, and the breakfasts never disappoint. I prefer the coziness and attention to detail of a B&B, and they can give you recommendations for anything... More

I stayed at this beautiful retreat for 3 nights last spring and have been trying to figure out a way to get back ever since! I was a first year teacher and needed some spring break solo rejuvenation...the Mountain Thyme Inn provided exactly what I needed. Perfect place to get away alone or with friends or family!

It's a 6 hour drive for us to get there. Why do we keep coming back to Mountain Thyme? 1. Mike & Rhonda planned it for several years, built it from ground up, own it and run it. The property reflects their creativity, hospitality and personality. Mountain Thyme is not an old home converted to a B&B. It's a B&B... More

The minute we turned into the drive we knew we chose the right place. Can't say enough good about this place: from the awesome breakfasts, friendly hosts, cleanliness, serenity, sweet pets, the porch, location...what else can I say? Best weekend getaway we've ever experienced. Can't wait to go back!

This is a beautiful bed and breakfast.  Mike and Rhonda are the best innkeepers my husband and I have ever met. They take hospitality to a whole new level.  The morning breakfast is scrumptious and they even have homemade treats throughout the day.  Many of the other guest are repeat visitors.  It's like staying at grandma's and grandpa's house, they'll... Great hosts! The inn is a home. Built for room privacy and you do not hear anything from your room. The food is wonderful! Cannot wait to go back!

Our family of 16 rented the whole Mountain Thyme B&B in Jessieville, AR for a two night stay over Thanksgiving. Two families drove from Harrison, Arkansas, one family flew in from Long Island, NY, another drove from Sante Fe, NM, another family drove from TN, and two other families flew in from San Diego, CA. Rhonda and Mike the owners,... More

...these comments might only be applicable to city-dwellers. I mean... counrty people already know: they go to the city for "vacation". Anyway... For us City-Dwellers, that hanker mightily for some some space in nature, and Inn keepers that are as if you known them forever (Carole and I have almost known them "for ever") this is the best get-a-way ever!!!!!... No matter how hard I try I will not be able to put in writing how great this place was. Mike and Rhonda and the Dogs are great host, the guest are great and the atmosphere is that of sitting around home and visiting with old friends. We have stayed at other B&B but nothing like this. This trip was... More

I have stayed at many B&Bs over the years and this one is the most comfortable by far. After a day out on the town, I felt as though I was "coming home". Part of the reason why it feels so pleasant is due to their pets- four dogs, one cat- whose personalities range from a low key Lab to... More
