Only good thing of this hotel is the locations. Noisy rooms. The hotel needs some works. Booked in advance but very disappointed at the end. There are much better options. Would not recommend this hotel. The situation is incredible but is not worth it seen the noisy rooms.

We booked well in advance, our room was next to the stair case and noisy elevator and a some area where at any time when someone had a shower we had to endure a noisy experience like old draculla house. This hotel has got the best view from the rooms(sea facing) you can imagine. The waves gives you a permanent feeling, that a Tsunami is coming and you are close to the water. Watching dassies from your balcony - what a dream. breakfast and service is great and certainly the only hotel to recommend in Mossel Bay Worth the money.
