I stayed at Imperial Garden Hotel for 2 nights to join a conference in the city center. The location of the hotel is good. In the city center. Within 5-10 minutes you can reach almost all the places in the center. Unfortunately the service isn't so good. The reception desk is pretty slow (the check in took me 25 minutes)...
