Only the location is to its advantage. The rooms were not so clean, view not so good. But it is located right next to the Gondola, just 5 min walk. Which was the only advantage. We were given a room which overlooks a debris dump (within and outside the hotel premises). Though a alternate room was available we were told that the hotel was full. Only on very strong insistence we were shifted to the Maharajah Suite the NEXT day.
