Mesmerized... The beauty of Mayon Volcano is readily seen from the conference hall very stress relieving... Rooms are quite "boutique-ish", cozy bed, and very clean--linens to sanitation. Food is just fine but service is a bit slow. Shuttles to / from the airport. WIFI conference room which makes your work easier.

the hotel has the great lobby and good room. however it has only 1 elevator. during my stay, i stay on level 5 and elevator broken down for several hour. result, i burned 100 calories 4x. makes my stay very unpleasant. and the way the handle the matter is really a disaster in terms of service standard.
