“Dirty and bad smell”

Have booked the hotel via Airasia, Have viewed the hotel's web site and thought that it was acceptable, not big nor very beautiful but look clean. But upon entering the room, the smell was so bad that we asked the staff for air freshener, which did not help much. The telephones did not work in both rooms that we booked.... More

Went to hatyai recently with my daughter n mum/sis in law, We booked the family room as the rate was very cheap n when i viewed the hotel thru internet, the rooms were very nice n attractive .
