The hotel (as all the Hilton's) is great. Beautiful rooms, the pool is magnificent, the beds are gorgeous. It's a bit far from downtown, but most certainly worth it. excellent hotel. Just one minor setback: the shower in my room was completely clogged. Very poor quality. Residential type shower head not suitable for a commercial application like a hotel. Other than that I can say that it's the best hotel in its class in Mexico

Just stayed there for a night on my way from Cancun to Mexico City. Hurricane Ernesto, which was very mild but anyway carried a lot of rain and wind, has just passed a couple of days. The hotel was impecable and the staff was great. Brand new hotel with great service.

New, clean, perfect! For this fast growing city, this hotel is a highlight. Close to Pemex, near Carmen center plaza and the airport. Breakfast bar is certainly more than expected. Service is excellent. Well trained team. Worth the cost.
