I checked in and the elevator was rendered not usable, they were replacing the floor covering in it. Had to make three trips to the second floor with luggage. The staff acts like they don't have the answers, I haven't seen the Manager yet & been here 3 days. The Hosts seem more worrried about the smoke break.

This is a great, fairly new hotel. Rooms are clean and tiday. 2 negatives I noticed in my two nights was the highway noise ( the hotel sits directly on the freeway) and a shortage of hot water in the morning during the hour when most people would be using it.
