Yes, it is! I have stayed at other hotels in the resort and they are OK, but this one is just wonderful. I love their SPA! Also, their restaurant is very nice place to have a meal. You will find very polite and trained staff everywhere in the hotel. Just cannot go wrong staying there!!!

That was my first time in Bansko. The hotel was recommended to me by a friend. I was impressed with the service the spacious rooms (I was staying at a deluxe appt.) and the breakfast. The staff were very polite and professional. The only negative was the location which was not in a walking distance from the center.

The hotel has met our expectations. The free shuttle buses make it easy to get into town as a taxi will cost you about £5 each way. May not be the cheapest but VERY good value for money. Superb breakfast buffet, excellent spa/pool facilities. In addition to free Gondola shuttle there is now an evening shuttle to old town thrice in the evening. The staff are superb.

OK so this isn't a five star hotel but given you have picked Bulgaria for skiing presumably as it is a good chunk cheaper than the Alps or North America then you adjust expectations and this exceeded them.
