One night was enough!When we arrived the receptionist was quite bizarre, he took us into the shop and sold us goods for half price but told us we must not tell other people! “So much sympathy for the excellent, dedicated staff”

The view over the mountains, especially at sunset, is spectacular. The pool area is beautiful. The staff are kind, accommodating and very polite. BUT...The place is very run down, the food is appalling( I always eat fish, their fish was inedible, old and very, very unpleasant). Wonerful hotel and friendly stuff! The sunset view was fantastic and we (group of 4 persons) enjoyed our 2 days stay! One more time we experienced the great Jordanian hospitality in the best possible way!

Except the location almost everything else about the hotel is perfect.
