I am a Marriott Gold customer, but this was my first visit to a Marriott TownePlace. TownePlace Suites is basically a Marriott Fairfield, but with a Residence Inn kitchen. It is very clean and very efficient. The staff at this location is superb. They bend over backwards to make your visit pleasurable.

Great for a business stay. Excellent work area, good desk chair, great task lighting, very fast wifi. Kitchenette was adequate. Stayed in a studio, which is much smaller than those at Residence Inn or Staybridge. Hot breakfast, evening snack is not something often found in other TownePlace hotels and was appreciated. Awesome desk clerk. Comfortable bed and first-rate feather pillows.

Excellently maintained property but it's location is not as great as promoted on the Marriott web site. It is nowhere near the University. There is one very nice (and expensive) restaurant across the street but there is nothing else in walking distance to this property.

We have stayed here for a college visit and one other time to be closer to the airport for a morning flight. This is our preferred hotel in NWA--clean, quiet, good wi-fi and great breakfast. This hotel is a bit out of the way, but it's staff is always at your call. They have a nice light meal in the evening, and a great breakfast. Internet is fast and the TVs are large. I perfer to stay there rather than the crowded areas up the street. **** stars for the staff.

I'll definitely be back. The room was perfect. It had a kitchen, complete with granite countertops, microwave, stovetop, fridge, and even a garbage disposal.
