There were confirmations and easy way to contact the hotel if you needed. The hotel had efficient and helpful staff that made my stay more enjoyable. they made getting in and out pretty easy. Rooms were nice and breakfast had many options so you could find what you liked.

Great quiet room with lots of hot water for the shower. Wonderful breakfast and evening reception. Love the hot ccokies on arrival. Just wish shower head was higher. I am 5'10" and the shower head hit me in the neck. I had to bend over to wet/rinse my hair.

We recently needed to book some rooms for our family for a funeral. This hotel was nice to offer a bereavement rate. The manager sent a guest in our party a letter of regrets and offered any help that our group may need. The front desk also offered hot cookies as we checked in. The staff was very kind.

Very nice property, clean and the staff goes out of ther way to make you feel comfortable. This property does not have a color printer so if that is important to you as a business guest you will need to find a Fedex Office location.

everyone from check in to check out was extremely friendly & accommodating. we were there for a funeral & the hotel delivered a handwritten condolence card along with extra cookies. very thoughtful! our room was clean & roomy. bathrooms have nice shelves for toiletries. the lobby & bar were very nice too!

The hotel is excellent. The room was clean. The pool was nice. The cookie was a nice touch. My one complaint is that breakfast would have been almost $20 dollars for my wife and I. The room is already fairly pricy compared to other options in the area, and an extra $20 dollars is just too much for me.

The Springdale Double Tree is an above average hotel that is located in the middle of Northwest Arkansas. The price is always a great value and you're close to Tyson, Wal Mart, and the University of Arkansas. It's a good value if you need to be in Springdale, but the Double Tree in Bentonville (15 miles North) is nicer.
