Rocklands is perfectly situated, rooms are always neat and clean, excellent breakfast, staff and owner always friendly and helpful. I stayed at Rocklands often and it seems to be very safe. Although it is situated near too a busy coastal road passing by below it is quite at night.

My stay was excellent. Thank you for the personal attention and helpfulness when our stay were extended. I will definitely recommend your facility and make use of it whenever in Simonstown again. The location and view are also fantastic. The steep inclines make parking a little bit difficult, but no problems were experienced.

The B&B is located within easy reach of Cape Town and yet is almost the last house before the National Park starts. A warm welcome (though owners not present), pleasant breakfast and well-equipped rooms.

We arrived to simonstown late at night with no reservation I called they gave me a good rate, even 100 rands less than regular rate and had a wonderful night with sea view!
