The hotel is wonderful, friendly and helpful staff, my single room was ready for refurbishment but still spacious and the restaurant was of an extremely high standard of cuisine, first class. If you are the type of person who eats takeway, it's not for you but if you have a discerning pallet, it is superb.

Impeccable service on front desk and in the restaurant. Large clean rooms, friendly staff, fabulous food, great sauna and steam room. Apart from being far too hot (even with window open at -22degC outside, room too warm), can't fault it.

My wife and I had a wonderful time at this hotel. The staff were all very kind and helpful. Graham ran a wonderful service along with his staff in the restaurant. The food was very good. We will return to this hotel I am sure. Please go you will have an amazing time and relax.

2nd time there - welcomed with a glass of bubbly, food and service were excellent. Graham and his team in the restaurant and bar were first class. Spa facilities and pool very good. Room very comfortable and spotless. I'm sure we'll be back soon.
