We had a visit of 1 night and found the hotel room excellent and the food was superb. We were only able to stay 1 night but would have loved to stay longer.

We had only one night in the Tongue Hotel, but it was a very nice evening as part of our tour around the north coast. I'd encourage anyone to give this place a try, if you don't mind spending a bit of extra money. We enjoyed the unique building and especially the tartan-papered sitting room filled with books and games...

We were well received by young local staff, the hotel owners had obviously spent time training which is paying off. Our room was beautifully appointed, we got the last available room with a bath but no shower which was disappointing. I...

A warm welcome, comfortable room, great food and above all excellent service. Many of the staff were young locals and it was so good to see, since I had started to...

Best view from a hotel window i have ever seen! The room itself was spotless huge...
