This hotel feels unsafe, staff are uninterested and don't seem to know what's going on. Room wasn't cleaned, sour milk served at breakfast. If you put your valuables in safe, you have to wait until manager is on duty to retrieve them (didn't start work til 11am). Overall would definitely say don't stay at this hotel ..

Was walking to our room when we were robbed at gunpoint. My purse was taken and the manager refused to return our calls for help. I would never refer this hotel to anyone.!! Stay away!!

I enjoyed my stay. This hotel had everything I needed in a room: microwave, fridge, coffee maker, and direct TV. I had a few problems with the Internet but it was fixed quickly. Overall I had a grand experience!

The room was large and comfortable, temperature controls worked well, the shower and bath was efficiently laid out and the room was clean. The hot breakfast was very good and better than many other motels in the price range.

Best Western is not a bad chain BUT this one is AWFUL!! One member of the staff was insanely rude. Also, they do not work well with the corporate office. (Refused to do things that the corporate office said were okay multiple times. Word to the wise: AVOID.

The attendant on duty was VERY RUDE!!! She is the rudest I have experienced in all of my travels over the years!! The towels were the roughest EVERY!!!!
