Car broke down on Highway 5 in Bakersfield at 11:30pm. Had to spend the night at this hotel. I was suprise! I'm not a Best Western person. The room was very clean and quite. The staff was very understanding and went out & beyond with customer service. I would stay in this hotel again..

This was a very nice room. Had a King bed non-smoking. Good size and very clean. Loved to have the wi-fi and I was even able to video chat with the kids over it.

I have been traveling in a truck very slowly (150 miles/day) from Tucson to Washington. So, this is my 4th night staying at roadside motels, and this is the best one yet. The hotel itself was reported to be clean and comfortable by our employee, but within a week of making the reservation there, we've become victims of ID theft. Coincidence? Maybe. This Best Western Heritage asked for a hard copy of the front and back of both my credit card and driver's license. That was my first mistake. Be careful!!!
