Clean, comfortable rooms if you just going to stay one night . Breakfast was good for 1 1/2 star hotel. Easy access to freeway .
Car broke down on Highway 5 in Bakersfield at 11:30pm. Had to spend the night at this hotel. I was suprise! I'm not a Best Western person. The room was very clean and quite. The staff was very understanding and went out & beyond with customer service. I would stay in this hotel again..
We had stopped here about 3 years ago and were pleasantly pleased because of it's accessibility. This year the property was not as I remembered it. It is adjacent to an overpass on a rough stretch of I-5. The motel does NOT have anyting that is a sound insulation and as the trucks bounce on the overpass it trnaslates to...

This place was easy to find, very friendly and clean although understaffed at night. Can't really fault the room, bathroom was modern and clean. Requested a room at the back to be away from the highway which to be fair was close but not so much that earplugs wouldn't kill the noise of passing trucks. Unfortunately you can't account for...

This was our 3rd night on the road en route to Palm Desert. We decided to just stop along the highway rather than go into Bakersfield. We were not immediately impressed with the hotel location. The only restaurants in the vicinity were IHOP & Carl's Jr.! But we were tired and stayed anyway. We were glad we did. (IHOP turned...

This was a very nice room. Had a King bed non-smoking. Good size and very clean. Loved to have the wi-fi and I was even able to video chat with the kids over it.
I have been traveling in a truck very slowly (150 miles/day) from Tucson to Washington. So, this is my 4th night staying at roadside motels, and this is the best one yet. Normally, I spend 75 or more nights at Marriott properties.
The room I stayed in was newly and nicely remodeled. Comparable to a Marriott Courtyard or Hampton Inn....

Really clean, great staff, very nice room just a bit of a drive from town.
First off, this is listed as a Bakersfield hotel, and the address is Bakersfield on their invoice, but it was actually right off I-5 near Buttonwillow. I picked this hotel because it accepted pets. The room was immaculately clean, the room furnishings were okay (nothing exciting-pretty standard), but the noise from the freeway was really bad. We were upstairs in...

The hotel itself was reported to be clean and comfortable by our employee, but within a week of making the reservation there, we've become victims of ID theft. Coincidence? Maybe. This Best Western Heritage asked for a hard copy of the front and back of both my credit card and driver's license. That was my first mistake. Be careful!!!
