Our family has camped for years at Bass Lake and more recently enjoyed renting a cabin there for family summer vacations. In April this year, our youngest daughter chose Ducey's on the Lake-a part of the Pines Resorts- as the location for their wedding reception. What an awesome stroke of good luck! We stayed several nights in their lakeside suites... More

My wife and I stayed 2 nights on our holiday, tripping around California. We stayed in a Chalet, which was a bit tired and run down but had everything that we needed. The only downside, for me as a fisherman, was that the Chalet was way up the back of the resort - about as far away from the water... More

The Pines Resort is a nice facility. The chalet we stayed in was nicely maintained. The kitchen was a pretty well appointed: needed a spatula! We did have a problem with the temperature upstairs: we could never get it to cool off. This would be a good location for a family reunion: everyone could have their own chalet, and you... More

I was very disappointed with this hotel. It says on the website that it is located 14 miles from the south entrance of Yosemite, but it fails to state that it takes 1 1/2 hours to get to the Yosemite Valley!! To make that trip for 3 days with our 3 small boys was not easy. They would be car... More

As a couple with one child arriving off season - late March 2012 - we fell in love with this place at first sight! Although the weather wasn't that good The Pines Resort was beautiful and we loved the area. We spent just one night at the resort in a suite with view to Bass Lake - what can I... More

If you visit the resort during winter, the snow covers the entire surroundings. I thought the view was very gorgeous like a chritmas card painting. The overall trip was very fun and our stay at the resort was quite pleasant. The servers were welcoming and our rooms were very cozy. It felt nice to get out of the urban life... More

I and my brothers had a family reunion at the Pines Hotel. We flew in from all over the country and had a great time. The food at Ducey's was excellent (heard they had new management). The room was spacious, clean, had two fireplaces and jacuzzi (It was the Bridal Suite). San Francisco is only 3.5 hours away and LA... More

My family escaped from cold Minnesota to fabulous Yosemite resort hotel, which was clean, well organized even with cozy fireplace and variety of amenities. Looking over Bass Lake and tall green trees surrounded was fascinating. The good food at restaurant and kind services of crews of hotel were icing on the cake. We really enjoyed trip at this superb hotel.
