Stayed there for a graduation I was impressed by the hospitality of the front desk people & it's a very clean House. It is in a convenient and very central location and although close to US 780, very quiet. If you must be in Benicia this is much better than the local HIE and a well worth the stay.

Have stayed here before and there are never any surprises. The front desk personnel are always personable and helpful. Rooms are comfortable size and always smell clean. Despite being near the freeway, you do not hear any traffic. Well located and a good walk to the downtown area with many restaurants to choose from. Breafast was average.

We recently stayed at the Benicia Best Western as recommended by friends who needed a dog-friendly hotel (we did not!). The desk guy was very friendly and the room was clean and quiet (and not doggy!). Great value, convenient free breakfast and easy freeway access.

This is a very "friendly" and "customer" oriented hotel. We have been staying at this hotel for the past couple of months, off and on working on a project and every time we stay ALL personnel have been helpful, courteous and the front desk is very knowledgeable. We love the rooms which are always very clean and smell fresh!

This is a nice hotel, located near the Main Street in Benicia. I have stayed there many times, and it is always clean and well maintained. Rooms are big, with HD TV and fast free Internet service. The front desk staff is always friendly and helpful. I will definitely continue to stay there whenever I am in the area.
