We checked in at the hotel several days ago and were surprised when we entered through the front doors to hear pounding of constuction, dust in lobby and see temporary walls in place. It was a shock. For the kind of money the hotel costs, I would have thought they would make guests aware before booking. When I said how... More

For my first and possibly only visit to L.A we couldn't have done better than this hotel. From the gorgeous rooms and grounds, the celebrity sightings, the old world charm, the service, it was all a dream come true. The staff seem to treat everyone to the same high standard of service. Felt like a VIP. Its going to be... More

I love this hotel. From the bright pink color to the tropical wallpaper, the Beverly Hills Hotel screams quintessential Los Angeles, reminiscent of an old, classic, glamorous era. It is like stepping into the world of Hollywood glamour from the 30's, 40's and 50's. The Polo Lounge is a great place to spot celebrities having lunch. I've been there many... More

We Stayed there just for a night but we loved it. The stuff was kind and helpfull. We got one of the least expensive rooms but it was still pretty nice, big and with a nice size balcony. The bed was extremely confortable. The pool area is nice and quite. The only downside is the food: we had a so... More

The hotel is undergoing vast renovations but I had booked one of the new bungalows which has been properly redone (great bathroom). The issue is with the fact that when you travel alone you become a marginal client!! As you can see from picture 1 I was sent to bungalow 24C, tucked away near the technical engine for the pool;... I happen to like the old-fashioned charm of this place, but it is definitely dated. Our room was lovely, though the bathroom could benefit from a refresher (brass fixtures with the finish and edges eaten away for example). We had a nice patio, but it was so overgrown, it felt a bit claustrophobic to me. I prefer something more open,... More

We stayed at this Grand Dame hotel for a girls trip. The rooms were not ready when we arrived and were not ready until after 5 pm but when we complained they sent wine and cheese to the rooms when we did get in, and included a free breakfast for the 4 of us. That service is indicative of what... More

I always finish of my trips to LA with a slurge on 5* hotel with no expense spared in the Beverly Hills area. I have tended to stay in the Beverly Wilshire but have also stayed in the Beverly Hilton. This time I thought I would have a change and stayed in the BH hotel & Bungalows. This was the... More

In today's world the use of superlatives are thrown around to the extent that they often lose their meaning. Everything is awesome, or incredible, or amazing. The Beverly Hills Hotel is all of these and so much more. From the time you arrive, the staff welcomes you and calls you by name. (I've been here before and know its not... More

My wie and I stayed here as a Christmas present to eachother and it was worth the experience. If you want to feel like a rock star for a day, the service is second to none. The staff is as good as you can get as far as hospitality and treat you like you are one of the rich and famous.... More
