I'm awarding 5 stars to this place because of it's great value. The view to the lake is astounding. This is the best hotel I've found in Big Bear Lake. Pros: -Clean -Great location -Comfotable bed. Cons: The room is a little small, but we didn't mind.

Excellent hotel, the only issue is wall very thin and you can hear people next door If you are a late sleeper you hear cars outside in the early hours of the morning. As long as the price is right it's worth staying. Found good restuarant to eat in village.

Checked in today. Friendly n efficient staff. Our dbl queen room has comfortable beds, mini fridge n single cup coffee maker. Bathroom is tight but has granite counter n updated fixtures.
