It is unfortunate that this reviewer had an unpleasant experience. We have an on-site office which is open from 9:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. to handle our guests' needs, but at no time during his stay did this guest report any problems to our office. The owner of this condo has made this into a very comfortable unit, and it is unfortunate that this reviewer was not happy with it. Very nice location. Beautiful park right next door. My unit was clean and well kept,lots of extra bedding and blankets. We had a wonderful time at the boulder creek resort! The condo we stayed in was clean and spacious.. The grounds were beautiful and right on the lake! The hot tub was so nice. My kids loved it here and I will be staying here again...
