Very disappointing. The price was great, the host was excellent, but that's where it ends. We stayed in cabin #15. The room has very stained carpeting, poorly maintained and barely clean.. The pool is only seasonal. The thing that shocked us the most here was there is no closet, just some hooks behind the bathroom door.

On Big Bear Blvd so noise of cars kept us up all night as windows were not double pane. Old appliances and old furniture. No central heating so bedrooms were very cold. Location is great and very friendly staff. Will not come back.

Awesome experience both times we've stayed. If you are expecting the Ritz Carlton stay home. For those of you who are down to earth and want a campy hideaway from your every day life then go see Fendi at Timberline. The price was right. The hospitality was amazing and the location unmatched. We love it there.

Went with my Wife, grandma and 2 kids. Loved the playarea for the kids. Cabins are nice, good beds and hot water. Well equipped kitchen, what else to want? Staff was also very professional.
