This is your basic budget motel, seems to be recently updated. My room #121 was away from the street, large, quiet and clean, with a mini-fridge and a pumping heater. Shower was hot. We have been staying here for at least 7 years. They do some remodeling and make improvements every year. Room is always clean. Staff is always friendly. This is a solidly built midaged motel with good bones: Good sized rooms, comfortable beds, attractive views from many of the rooms, a great location in the town, and frieny and acomodating management. It's also not chain boring in its everytghing. The owner and his manager, Danny, are upgrading these good bones step by step.

Don't stay here, awful. The plaster was falling off the wall, my phone didn't work. Smelly stains on the chairs and the floor and a spider had given birth in it and there were tiny black spiders everywhere. I was surprised it didn't have bed bugs too. Not much for breakfast. Pool was good and plenty of parking

I had read some very good reviews for this place so I thought I would give them a try. Sorry, but they're over-rated. Most of the furniture looks like it was from the 60's or 70's.
