I stayed in this hotel a few times over the last years and witnessed it's deterioration. Now it simply very very old and filthy. Carpet, furniture, bath curtain and walls are stained. Room smells very bad. Never again for me.

Stayed night of April 12, 2012, with my wife and six-year-old. Arrive 9:30 PM and departed 10 AM next morning, so no free happy hour, but did enjoy their complimentary breakfast buffet. Stayed for three nights on a business trip and wish I had more time to spare. The property is adjacent to a great mall and surrounded by other retail and so many restaurants. But the real plus were the spotless rooms and incredibly helpful staff.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. My husband & I came down for breakfast about 10 minutes too late--almost everything was cleaned and put away. The roooms were nice and clean. We stayed on the fifth floor. the hotel was very busy that weekend but staff had all under control. Morning cook to order breakfast was good. Right next door from the brea mall. Walking to dining.
