We have been to this hotel many times. You can't beat it for the price and location. Staff is always courteous and helpful. Parking is free. Restaurants are right outside of hotel. 15 minutes from Hollywood. 10 minutes from Universal. We stay at this hotel when we visit California, which is at least once a year.

This Holiday Inn is somewhat dated, but you cannot beat the location...close to everywhere you would want to be in the downtown Burbank area. Waitstaff were pleasant, helpful and quick to help with finding local eateries, etc.

The hotel promotes a new remodel. It does have ugly new carpet that does not match the walls in the hallways.
