The owner is quite rude. Came in around 10 pm, I was tired after the six hour drive. I called in to front needed iron for the next morning (early meeting) and again very male pig attitude. Response was can't you wait until morning so I agreed. Morning came called for iron and he said if you need come and... More

Came on a Sunday afternoon, staff quick and helpful. Price decent, room VERY clean, bed very comfy, doesn't have that nasty chemically hotel smell, just nice and clean + quiet. I'm impressed. Also, free wi-fi! : )

The room was clean and included a coffee pot, microwave and fridge, but bring your own toiletries, the shampoo wouldn't lather and the soap was like sandpaper. We had one of the newer suites. A little pricey for what you got but still nice overall and I would stay again. We were on our way to Crater lake and this... More

The staff was very friendly but the first room they tried to give us was next door to some guys who looked like they had moved in. Their door was open and there were beer cans everywhere. My husband and I did not feel comfortable with the room due to its location and asked for another room. The front staff... More

stayed overnight from Lassen to Medford--there are not many choices for lodging near Lassen. I suspect that's why 2 star hotels in Burney run near $100, pure supply/demand. The website offered a 5% discount for cash, which the owner honored. We stayed in nicer hotels for less in other cities on our trip, but compared to the other places in... More

We needed a place to stay for one night near Lassen National Park and chose this motel based on the reviews regarding the suites in the newer building. This room was worth a few extra dollars ($89 for the night). We had lots of room for a good deal of luggage. I suggest asking for the first floor if one... More

Was pleased to find this motel clean with comfortable beds. There were 4 of us in 2 rooms, one room was big enough for a table that we played cards at.

This place is amazing. I must say this is the best place in town. The rooms are good size, mattress is very comfortable and they also have flat screen TV's. I have stayed here several times and the experience has always been great. The owner Gary is very kind and helpful. Highly recommend this place.
