“Great Hotel”

We just spent the weekend at the Residence Inn Carlsbad. This hotel is located near Legoland and the staff were very friendly. I would highly recommend thi property.

“I loved my Residence!”

“Average Residence Inn”

Staff is friendly, housekeeping could be better, breakfast is a disaster. Close to Legoland is the best attribute.

Got a queen with a pull out sofa (which was not comfortable, really, but it's a pull out bed...). Had a full kitchen. First thing when we got in, the smoke alarm battery needed to be changed. “Great location - Carlsbad, Legoland,”

Chose this Residence Inn location because of relative easy access from freeway, El Camino and closeness to relatives in Carlsbad. While this is not a four start hotel down the road in La Jolla it's not priced that way either. “Not for light sleepers”

Cheaply built timber-framed hotel where every door closing and footsteps resonate and the A/C is very loud. Traffic noise may also be an issue at certain times.
