My wife and I stayed in late February while visiting our daughter and son-in-law. Good clean room and pleasant staff. The front desk person went out of her way to accomodate us with a complimentary breakfast to make up for a little confusion over a shuttle ride. We will definately stay again in the future.

We stayed at the Crowne Plaza in Concord CA for 10 days. Every single staff member from the front desk to the housekeepers treated us like royalty. Every request we made was promptly fulfilled with a cheerful smile and a helpful hand. They were so anxious to please us.
