Just returned from Loews Coronado beach hotel. Lovely resort - newly done over. Everyone there went out of their way to be helpful . The rooms were spotless with very comfortable bedding. We had the best experience right from the beginning. Front desk staff was so pleasant and helpful. Stephen went above and beyond. Gordy took care of all of our reservations and he was OUTSTANDING! I am looking forward to going back to San Diego!!

Nice resort on the bad side of the main road. You need to cross the main road to get to the beach. The hotel is out on it's own with no outside restaurants nearby, you will need a car. We decided to stay here because we were traveling with our Great Pyrenees. The hotel is extremely pet friendly. It has amazing views and is a quick walk to the beach. The staff was very helpful. I'd definitely stay there again.
