Looked to be an old Rodeway Inn or something in that vein. Outdoor entrance to rooms with noisy air-conditioner that keep shutting itself off. Carpet was dirty too.

This is a small property in a convenient location. This is probably not a new motel, the rooms open to the outside, but it looked new and very well cared for. The service was good. The room was on the large size and the bed was good. This was what I expect a Comfort Inn to be like. I would certainly stay there again.
