Here's what I appreciate about this motel: Location convenient to campus and lots of downtown amenities, cleanliness, lots of pillows, iron and ironing board, small refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker, plenty of hangers, comfortable beds, and a very reasonable price. The tradeoff is that the rooms are small.
