The front desk was friendly and efficient. Room was clean and no surprises. The pool is unheated and very cold. There is a $20 charge for pets. Free breakfast wasn't worth stopping for. Looks like renovation to the Renaissance Room has stopped.

After checking in, we were amazed to see hardwood floors in our room. What a brilliant idea for cleanliness! The bed was the only thing that kept our rating from a 10. The mattress was old and slightly saggy. The sheets didn't fit properly so the fitted bottom sheet didn't stay on the mattress. This bed was in our room.... More

We stayed based on pictures on trip advisor they showed no bottle caps on ceiling, no?on drapes, a dirty bathroom etc

Rooms are quite large everything worked and very clean, cont. breakfast was good waffles etc. If you are prone to allergies this place is ideal. I plan to stay there whenever in the area. You are set back from the freeway so noise is not a problem. Not great for walking but very close to downtown.

Ginormous clean rooms, excellent beds and friendly, helpful staff more than make up for the bland breakfast. They're remodeling, and it's 97 percent done, but nothing marred our 2-day stay. Thumbs up on this one.

As far as possible from campus and still within Davis. Rooms and atmosphere are standard. Nothing special but clean and good for the price. My mother in law asked for an extension cord to power a medical device, and the front desk attendant looked at her like she was from another planet and failed to provide one.
