Week stayed an entire week. A lively, new shopping mall across the street, and down the block from the area Ikea store. We arrived early but the friendly girl at the frontdesk welcome us in....we came in to our room and it was a very nice room nice view of the bay....we are very happy with everything .....great place to be at .

OK - yes - there is a major renovation underway, but that is blatantly obvious - if you can't handle this, don't stay here! And - again yes - finding the entrance is a challenge (by foot or car), but the rooms are spacious and comfortable, there is fast, free WiFi, and the staff are exceptionally helpful and apologetic over... I recently stayed here for a few days during the week for a business trip. The staff is attentive, rooms had all the amenities I needed, plenty of parking spots, lots of restaurants within walking distance, and there is a mall right across the street. We went to this hotel last summer with our three kids! The staff is unattentive, rooms are not bad but we were told there was and indoor heated pool and the water was as cold as it gets! They charged for the parking which was terrible by the way! The only plus they have is all the shopping malls around... More

I just checked in and already looking for somewhere else to stay. The lobby is closed (as advertised) for construction so guests must enter through the rear entrance. I have stayed in plenty of courtyards...this one is the worst. The place is a total dump, it is so outdated, everything stinks (literally and figuratively), elevators and halls smell like puke, rooms are musty. Staff is below average, stay away from this place....period. lots other options in the area.

I stayed at this hotel with colleagues in February. Mall and Restaurant/Bars within walking distance. Easy on/off highways.
