I stayed at this hotel with some colleagues. I used hotwire or priceline to get it. I got us a good deal (under $100) on rooms. It is very well located within two miles of BART and across from several shops. It is also easily accessible from the freeway. The lobby is not great, which may be a Four Points... More

Found a great rate which made the average hotel a good deal. The hotel is aging a bit but rooms were clean enough. Easy access to the bay bridge and all of the interstates that run through the bay area. close to lots of good places to eat, etc. Close to an upscale mall and a Trader Joes. Free parking... More

Okay, the two of us stayed in a room with two double beds. The room was recently remodeled, new paint, carpet, bedding, BUT here's the catch...you must be a small person, meaning less than 130 pounds and under 5'5"!!!! THERE'S ABSOLUTELY NO ROOM TO MOVE AROUND even if you're small. Our room was ALL BEDS...you had to shuffle the chairs... More

Stayed here for one night in march for the warriors laker game. We were a family of four staying in a two double bed room. Check in was smooth. Did not receive an upgrade because of elite gold status but the hotel was booked full so no biggie. Check in was great and the staff were very friendly and engaging... More

This is one of my usual stays if i'm working locally around Oakland or San Leandro area -- can usually get a pretty good rate if you can afford to wait to the last minute and do the prepaid rate from spg.com web site (usually at least 20% savings) The hotel isn't anything special but great staff at the front... I stayed at the Four Points Emeryville for 4 nights in March. Here are my pros and cons on the place... Pros 1. Great Staff and service-Every person I talked to at the front desk were extremely friendly. Plus my 4am wake up call and taxi were right on time to get back to the airport. 2. Comfortable bed 3.... I travel almost every week for business; and I see a lot of dirty hotels with bad service. This hotel was one of the best I have stayed in. The front desk staff was extremely helpful. I brought my handicapped mother with me on this trip; and the moment I arrived in the hotel, the staff immediately told where I... More

Great service, friendly front desk person checked me in, noticed my birthday was just a week or so away, and 'granted' us the option of a 'nice king sized room w/ a view of the bay bridge" or an executive room which was a little bigger. We took the king with the view. It's been a few years since I... More

Toilet ran constantly - even after it was reported. Room services bills 2x for tip. If you are not out of you room by 11:30 a.m., housekeeping slips a paper under you door and says they can't clean you room until the next day.

It's just a typical run of the mill "place to sleep" at best. Desperately needs a facelift. Best thing about the property was free parking. And free wireless.
