Stayed on 3rd floor, king bed. Smooth large elevator. Room was quiet all night, even though facing Hwy 101. Comfy high-thread-count-feel sheets. Too noisy, and the poorly lighted indoor pool had a creepy "Cat People" feel to it. Was going to stay at the Best Western, but it was raining and hubby wanted and indoor pool. Staff was doing laundry and talking outside our room until about 10:30 at night. Upside was the waffles for breakfast, and front desk staff very nice.

This property is affordable and that means there are things one could wish were better here. They do seem to try and have updated some bathrooms, but overall the place is a little worn. Very comfortable size rooms, beds and welcoming staff.

The Clarion delivered a clean, above average chain-hotel room with nice amenities such as morning breakfast and a lite dinner included with your room charge. WiFi was spotty at times, but overall a pleasent experience.
