Checked in tonight, travel weary with two kids in tow... Stephen was informative, efficient and professional. Went above and beyond... a reason to return... room service stated 30 minutes and delivered in 15! Way to uncompromised and over deliver.

I visited this property with my husband and three children for six days while visiting Disneyland. This hotel is a bit over a mile down Harbor Blvd from Disneyland, and thankfully there is a shuttle that is there every 30 minutes or better. Always a pleasure being there at a Embassy Suites. Never anything bad or horrible to say about them. The staff is always helpful and kind, never shrugs when asked to do something. Definitely worth the money. Its a great place to stay especially the day before you visit Disneyland.

Comfortable place to stay for a trip to Disney. Breakfast was good and comfortable amenities at the hotel. My only comment was that wish that the wifi was available for all devices instead of paying separately per device used. Also the sof was sagging and had seen better days. Overall good value for what we paid for.

The hotel was nice overall. The bed was great. I slept very well. The breakfast was awesome and I used it everyday. The evening reception, another story. Nothing except for soda was free. The food, the drinks, everything had a charge to it. This explains why NO ONE was at the evening reception for my entire stay of 5 nights.

This is the perfect hotel for your Disney experience. The entire staff was friendly and professional. The rooms were very clean and roomy.
