“Rooom disapointing”

Being a AAA rated hotel I was disapointed in my room....the Heat/Air made sleeping/relaxing very unconfortable...it blasted right on to me even tho I changed beds So I had a rather sleepless night....The shower in the bath sprayed all over the room due to the showerhead not installed corectly

I have been going to this hotel for years. I love them and they have only gotten better. They are clean. Dog friendly. I go every year to the Renissance Festival. They are helpful, give extra discounts and let me in early. Thank you Bestwestern..
